R/S Tiffaney Case
R/s Tiffaney (mom) and DeAndre (mom’s paramour) smoke marijuana in the presence of Ty’Marion (9), Glenn, Jr (8), and Zy’Onah (6). R/s DeAndre has a lot of company at the house. R/s DeAndre has a lot firearms and there is concern due to him having PTSD, split personality, and a violent criminal background. R/s three weeks ago, bruises were observed on Jr. R/s the children imitates how to roll marijuana and they talk about drugs. R/s there is a concern for the children’s healthy due to Tiffaney and DeAndre’s alleged health issues. R/s Tiffany walks around with an IV in her arm and DeAndre is always throwing up. R/s when Tiffaney and Deandre lived at their old address they had bed begs.

    Anthony grew up on the Jersey Shore, with both parents in the home Anthony live a normal child life. They also incur greater health risks. Every day, three thousand children begin smoking cigarettes regularly; as a result, a third of these youngsters will have their lives shortened (Policy, 1996).
