In conclusion, the general rule for patient satisfaction within the healthcare organizations is to sole improve upon the patient satisfaction survey rating along with improving many of the necessary issues that patients are concerned about. Quality Assurance is a goal for many healthcare facilities that are competing within the market of medicine to strategize efforts to improve the patient satisfaction within their facilities. Primarily the sole purpose for quality assurance is to make sure to eliminate possible medical errors regarding patients safety and through reputation bring in more potential patients for the healthcare organizations.
