COBA Mission Statement

The mission of the College of Business Administration is to train its students to become ethical entrepreneurs and professionals capable of succeeding in a competitive global environment.

Quality Enhancement Plan

This course is the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Quantitative Literacy course.

The QEP is a course of action designed to enhance student learning and is a required component of the accreditation process conducted by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).

The QEP will enhance the culture of learning at Alabama State University through building higher levels of student competence in the defined literacy areas beginning with a strong first-year launch and extending into the major disciplines. This enhanced culture of learning will positively impact the first-year retention rate of each entering freshman class and promote successful academic progression through graduation.
