Music/ Musician / Music of styl……. Concert

Music is one of the most important art expressions, lots of feelings and values can be expressed, and of course lots of stories can be told too.
I like many music styles, from classical music to rock and even folk music. One of my favorite musicians is Sting, he is a great singer, bass/doublebass player, a great song writer and an actor too. His style is a mixture of many styles, such as pop, jazz, blues, soul, reggae and much more. One of my favorite songs is "Shape of my heart",
Sting is a brilliant and clever musician, a great song writer and one hell of a performer.
I love the mood, emotion and passion of Sting's music, and there are so many songs you can really connect to. With incredible musicianship, Sting combines rock, jazz and blues like nobody else, and his distinctive, powerful voice never disappoints.
My favourite album is the Nothing Like the Sun
Sting was born on October 2, 1951 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, a large industrial city in northernEngland.
His real name is Gordon MatthewThomas Samir. His mother had a musicaleducation. She taught her son to the wonderful world of music by teaching him to play the pianofrom his childhood.
An American drummer Stewart Copeland noticed him,and persuaded him to do rock.He got the nickname "Sting" because he loved to wear black sweaters in a gold stripe, which made him look like a bumblebee.
In 1981, Sting left the group, and in 1985 he released his first solo album "The DreamOf The Blue Turtles". The most popular songs  Russians  Roxanne  Englishman In New-York  All For Love  When We Dance  Brand New Day  I’ll Be Missing You  Shape Of My Heart Favourite My favourite song is “Englishman In New York”. Sting wrote this song about himself, about his life in the USA. Some lines from it :I don’t drink coffee I take tea, my dear,I like my toast done on the sideAnd you can hear it in my accent when I talkIm an Englishman in New York

I am really not a big fan of rock music but this song really had a huge impact on me that made me fall in love with it. The pace and tempo of the song is slow and steady and I like songs that are like that because I can really connect to them and it helps me understand them more better than a very fast and not steady song. This song should relate to a lot of people who go through the problems that faced in this song. It can help them better relate what they are going through in life. High and Dry is a really great song by Radiohead and it helps me relate to it in many ways that have been through in my…

Many people throughout history have affected and influenced different styles of music in many ways. To give some examples, The Beatles, Queen and The Rolling Stones (to name a few of the many huge rock and roll bands) affected rock and roll greatly. Along the same lines we have Louis Armstrong and jazz and B.B King or Bessie Smith influencing Blues. For reggae, it is a name that, just like all the ones mentioned above, you have definitely heard of before. On February 6, 1945, in small town of Jamaica, Bob Marley was born. This Jamaican singer introduced the power of reggae to the world. He also remains one of its most beloved artists to this day.…

Prior to the composition of this song, Sting had gotten into an angry debate with one of his band members about the nuclear arms race. Sting believed both Russia and the United States should deescalate their build-ups and destroy their nuclear holdings. The band member, Stewart Copeland, whose father was a former CIA employee who had been stationed in Beirut, argued that nuclear weapons were a necessary evil – and both sides needed them for a "checks and balances system."…
