Prop 51,gives more money to charter schools but Californians already pay $2 billion each year on state school bonds therefore, If this proposition is passed this could cost an additional $500 million each year, money the state can’t afford. What truly matters is the attendance rate, if more students are present then schools get more money without having to increase taxes.
