A) Effective communication between you and a child, young person or adult is key to building positive relationships between you all. Being a teaching assistant you are going to come into contact with these people on a daily basis, it may be a child in your class, a student off a course from a school or college, a work colleague or a parent. You must be respectful, considerate and able to listen to others.
