Lease Hold Title

1. Purchase of Plot / House directly allotted by DA. 2. Resale of Plot and House allotted by DA. 3. Direct purchase of flats/row-house from Society where Builder has leasehold title 4. Resale of flats/row-house from Society where Builder has leasehold title 5. Direct Allotment of MPHB Hire Purchase Cases 6. Re-allotment of MPHB Hire Purchase

The Development Authority shall include the following and hereinafter referred to as “DA”: Indore Development Authority (IDA), Bhopal Development Authority (BDA), Jabalpur Development Authority (JDA), Ujjain Development Authority (UDA), Gwalior Development Authority (GDA).

FREEHOLD TITLE

3. Copy of Diversion certificate. 4. Copy of Nazul NOC (Applicable only for MC areas)(NA, if approved Building Plan has been obtained)
5. Khasra nakal – P-II & Kisth Bandi – B-I. (Applicable for Non MC areas)
6. Latest Property Tax Receipts for land 7. TCP approval for layout/colony. 8. Coloniser Licence and Development Permission 9. Original own contribution receipts (if not included in Sale Deed) 10. Title clearance report from Advocate for last 13 years in detail & Search fee receipt 11. Bhu-rin Pustika (NA for the properties situated in the Municipal limits)

Over-the-counter documents:
