PDP is a structured and supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning, performance and/or achievement and to plan for their personal, educational and career development.
A PDP should include the following?

You will have greater empathy for the residents. You will see the manner in which their obstacles are similar to the ones you overcame.

You will be happier, generally, and therefore a more pleasant and open person to be around.
