Precious Case Management Case Study
I am the case manager for Precious since she has moved into the unit. She has spent the majority of the time out of the unit. Jonathan and I have spoken to her before regarding her residing in the unit but, it is an ongoing behavior. She left before thanksgiving and will not return to the unit until after Christmas. Each month I am unable to conducted case management meeting with her because, she is hardly in the unit. Precious is not meeting any of the program requirements. For the past few days she and I have been communicating through email. She has failed to return my calls and will not answer the phone when I reach out to her.
