These days the levels of poverty in Vigo are rising due to the deep crises that we are living since 2008. Poverty is shown to us in the streets every day and I am not referring to homeless people, I am talking about ordinary people as us, people who lost their jobs in an inappropriate moment and now they cannot support their families, therefore, these people go out every day to jump into the rubbish bins looking for food to feed their families.
Consequently, this behavior constitutes a serious health problem and the authorities should take part on this to prevent worse consequences as poisoning. For its part, the government has created a social payment of 400 euros to help them, but this ridiculous quantity of money is not enough and the poor
