In the recent era, with the highlighting on privileged circumstances and with the rising endurance of populations, there is an universal significance in how to accomplish the ‘goodness’ of life, at times called life contentment or Qol. The theoretical descriptions of related perceptions of pleasure ,life contentment, well-being, the ‘good life’ and ‘Qol’ have concerned much conceptual uncertainty, and have distant a broad choice of disciplines (Argyle, 1995).

Qol has been defined to as sentimental reaction to one’s role state and standards. It also explains the emotional phase of the individual either it has positive impact on the individual or has negative impacts (Andrews & Withey,1976), as the inconsistency between preferred and real situations Qol gives the correct and transparent picture of the difference that occurs (Krupinski, 1980).
Previous studies have been conducted on the topic of measuring Qol with respect to health sector in Pakistan. Qol is becoming crucial factor in the assessment of an individual well-being. Qol is defined as happiness, comfort and excellence of health accomplished by an individual or group. This topic is linked to explore the reasons of importance of work-family life balance for most of the researchers of Europe. Most of the researchers found that work life differences have negative results for well being execution (Guest, 2002).
Previous Studies have identified different type of side effect if Qol is not maintained. In addition, Bryant and Modanna (2006) examined the association among multiple responsibility balance, work satisfaction and life contentment in women school counselors and also addressed the negative effects of Qol if these problems are not addressed more frequently in every sector. Moreover, Hall (1990) explores inequality of work-family life and more emphasize to bring the change on the work place and promote WFB with the suggestion of an employee in order to have balance life.
Among the different mechanism of subjective well-being, Ls is important in finding out the well being of life and Qol. This study focuses on the Ls scale where it is measured to life quality
