The NBA will always have popularity in the United States. It’s popularity is rising very fast and it will be hard for them to maintain a fan base like that. With all the drama with players and teams it is not hard to get views. Also with players only getting better and better people will naturally be interested. That is why I think the NBA will only get more popular.
Social media is a huge help for the NBA. All the players and coaches have some form of social media.That means with a single post from a athlete people will be intrigued to watch it. Millions of people are on social media. So in reality it is not hard for them to get fans. It’s almost free advertisment. It plays a huge role for the whole league.
