Propsoing a bag tax can indeed be a good thing. Many of our nation's polution comes from plastic bags. When charging an additional 25 cents for a plastic we can use that money to clean up our world. Enforcing the bag tax wouldn't be a problem, the cashier will add an additional 25 cents to your total for each plastic bag.
