The hearing to determine whether or not the Planner/Schedulers (14) in the Energy Supply facilities in PSCo is covered by the National Labor Relations Act and if so, whether or not this group should be subject to the Amour Globe doctrine was held and Board’s decision in this matter is expected by Nov 13. In the event they find in favor of the union a mail ballot election will likely be held on or around Nov 30. Development of a communication strategy targeted at outlining the Company’s position on the unionization of the Energy Supply Planners is currently in progress.
