Physical Therapy Personal Statement Essay
Statement of Purpose
My decision to pursue graduate study in the United States is underscored by my great desire to be a part of the graduate program at your institution. I am very fortunate to find that the University of Pittsburgh is offering a Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a structured Physical Therapy concentrated program. I am keen to enroll in this program with a focus on neuromuscular approach due to my previous academic studies as well as work experience in the field. Joining the program would prepare me to become a specialized clinician and a future educator.
The field of physical therapy is what I have always been endeavoring for because helping people with various conditions improve their health and quality of lives is my passion. I have acknowledged how it is a dynamic health care profession that aims to assist not only the achievement of patients but also help maintain and restore maximal function and wellbeing. This constantly motivates me to eagerly acquire the advanced knowledge necessary in order to pursue exercising the passion I have for this field.
