As the CEO of PhyCor, the organization would have to redevelop and recreate new visions, mission, goals, and objectives for their company. These factors should always be reevaluated. The motive for this is that the environment is always changing and business restrictions that are being put on companies within the government, payers, rivalries, medical doctors, patients, wholesalers, merchants, and etc. All internal department’s vision and mission should be united and supportive of the whole organizations strategy. Develop and evaluate business and operational analysis. To develop strategic and organizational procedures is examining the environment to classify member organizations, the individuals within the population that it provides services to, the medical care market where the network performs business, and the geographical area where the organization is located. Once the problems have been recognized, the next stage is to concentrate on goals for the health care system. The last stage for strategic planning is actual definite formation of the strategic operation procedure that is created on the goals that were classified. This procedure goes into depth about the plan of action that the health care system has to take to accomplish its strategic goals that were classified. This plan has to be reviewed regularly every so often and revaluate to meet the health care systems developing goals.
