When I was 7 my family went to Florida to visit my grandparents and go to Disney World. It was also mine and my brother Maxwell’s first time on a plane. We were in awe at how big the plane was! When we touched down in Florida My grandparents were there to greet us. We hadn’t seen them in a few months since they had moved to Florida that same year. My brothers and I were super excited to go to Disney World! Hunter my older brother had gone to Disneyland for his middle school band trip so he had been to a park before but this was mine and Maxwell’s first time at a theme park! We had to get up super early for us to get to the park. My grandparents lived an hour and 30 minutes away from the park and they wanted us to get there an hour after opening so we could spend the whole day there. …show more content…
Before we could go to the first place I saw Pluto and Donald Duck and I really wanted to hug them! I pointed them out to my mother and she led me and my brothers to the two characters. After that we went to our first spot for the day, the castle. It was on our way to frontierland so my parents and my grandparents figured we could go see that first. I was amazed with how big the castle was, it was huge! My parents took mine and my brothers photos at the castle. My older brother was impatient the entire time we were taking pictures because he wanted to go do the Pirates of The Caribbean ride that was the first thing on his list of rides he wanted to do that day. I made so many memories at Disney World but my favorite one had to be during the electrical parade and the firework show. It was so pretty and beautiful I was in awe with it all. Sadly it was over fast and we had to go back to my grandparents house! My first visit to Disneyworld was amazing. DIsneyworld is truly a magical

It was just a boring day in my hometown, a traditional, weak entrance a lot of narrative stories use to try to get the attention of the readers. This story, however, isn’t one of those traditional stories; this one involves a day that had been exciting up to that point already. The memory that resonates daily throughout my mind would have to be the time when I went to Six Flags for the first time in my life. Before I jump into my story, I should tell you my friends mess with each other a lot, almost to the point where we get into fights with each other.…

I was going to apply for 6 flags amusement park at a point, but just didn’t end up working with my schedule. I am glad that you have become more confidence and less anxious. I still get nervous and shy even if I think I am prepared enough. The one thing that helps me not let it get the hold of me is, just being as truthful as I can be and let the marbles fall in its…

My best childhood memory is going to Six Flags. Me, Tommy, Anthony, and Connor are going to Six Flags. Their mom is taking us. I was very excited to go to Six Flags because it would be my first time going. When we finally got there. We parked the car and walked to the gates. When we got into the park. Connor wanted to ride the cyclone. Tommy and Anthony asked if I wanted to ride it. I said, “No.” but they pulled me into doing it. So, we waited in line. When we got to the front of the line. We got on the roller coaster and the ride started. When we started to go up I was nervous. When we got to the top, and as we were going down I couldn’t even hear myself scream. After the ride we rode rides around the park. Then, we went to the water park…

The little exhausted 6 year old girl, running through crowds of people and in circles looking for her mom or just familiar faces. From riding the Mine Digger roller coaster, slipping away from my cousin for a quick snack, eventuality became separate from the group, then found by Daffy Duck and rescue by my cousin. I knew this was going to be my last trip to Six Flags. Before leaving Texas, my mom had request a trip to California to visit my great aunts and SeaWorld next…

Years ago I adventured on a family trip to the Bahamas. During the time, my sister and I were twelve and eleven, respectively. Due to the fact that it was our first trip outside of the United States, it was imperative that we obtained passports. Because we never journeyed outside the country’s expansive borders, we were negligent to other ways of life. In the Bahamas, my family became exposed to a culture we never acknowledged.…

I remember the day vividly: the sizzling of food frying, children yelling, my tears running, it was the first time I adventured to Six Flags. The uneasiness of my stomach while swaying tens of feet from the ground on the Texas Giant petrified the adventurous spirit out of me. However, I did not realize that moment `would shape the next eight years of life, emerging in my memory at every unfamiliar experience I faced. It was my senior year when I declined an invitation to go camping with my friends an epiphany struck me. How many of these opportunities was I going to skip out on due to my reluctant manner?…

A couple years ago my husband and I decided to take our yearly family vacation to the Florida Keys. Ever since we moved to Florida in 2012, our family has fallen in love with the ocean. You could definitely see my oldest son Zane drawn to the ocean becoming very involved with the sea’s complex ecosystem that provided endless hours of entertainment. Zane was able to easily memorize multiple species of fish and coral. He continued studying the ocean taking several advanced marine biology and oceanography classes. He would always jump at the chance to apply his knowledge and teach those around him about the ocean. When we go to the beach together and discover a new fish Zane will explain the unique characteristics of that fish. Zane would dive underwater to point something out just so he could come up and explain to me what he had discovered. Everyone is always…

I returned back from vacation this week and it was nice to see all the children’s smiling faces. The parent’s express how they missed me as well as their children. This makes me love my job even more. This week there was a two year old child who had a seizure at the center; this was scary for the children, staff, as well I. 911 had to be called out to the center. We all have had CPR and first aid training so we were comfortable with handling the case until the ambulance reached us. However, we were not so prepared when the child stopped breathing. This was a learning experience, but I do not want to do it again. I want all my children safe and happy. I had to ride with the child to the hospital till her mother was reached and notified what…

With no doubt, time goes by faster than realized. Throughout a lifetime several things may happen to make us want to make time stand still. In today's time majority of people take their life and time on Earth for granted. Although it is not possible to make an event last forever, if I had the choice to go back to a certain time/event I would go back to the summer of 2012. In June of 2012 I started my summer off in Philadelphia. From Philadelphia I then traveled to Disney World in Florida. But why was this time so important to me? Firstly, this summer was not all about fun. Of course, I had a great time, but it was about the family I spent it with. Secondly, Disney World is such a happy place to be. Above all, this was time I knew I would never get back: although, with the choice to go back I would.…

In florida I got to get close with people I would never have met if my parent had not let me go on this once in a lifetime opportunity trip. In florida we spent every day every minute every second doing something. Whether it swimming, shopping, or all five teenagers sleeping together. The first couple of days we spent every waking moment of the sun swimming in a resort. We also went to a local Florida amusement park. The best part of the amusement park was not the rides or that I can in second in gokarting but that everyone who went was wearing White Chuck Taylors. I unfortunately missed Mason's third birthday but I made it up with going on a helicopter ride with Manny and his cousin Willie. That same day we went to Hooters and the Sugar Factory for our first time. The day was one to never forget. Our last three days we did not take our eyes off the TV because we were having Horror Movie Marathon. The couch was…
