Personal Narrative: My English Writing Journey
Throughout my English writing journey I was able to learn many different techniques different teachers or professors in an essay. Since middle school, I remember my English teacher teaching me how to write an essay and the rule towards it. She would always never use “In this essay, I will be talking about” well every teacher I had kept reminding me not to do that. Over the years new methods of a standard essay will be taught. The standard essay would be MLA, Times New Roman, 12 pt, double spaced, 5 paragraphs, an introduction and conclusion. As years went by, and I got older.
