Personal Narrative: Do You Suffer From Decision Fatigue
For years I experienced this crazy exhaustion after grocery shopping, so much so that I would have to take a cat nap once I returned home. I didn’t have a name for it, until now. Decision Fatigue. After reading an article titled “Do You Suffer from Decision Fatigue”, a light bulb went on. Now that I know why I experience the exhaustion I can take measures to possibly keep it from being so extreme. I normally grocery shopping is the last thing I do in a particular day. I think it is best if I actually complete this several hour trip early in the day, I may have a better chance of not being so mentally drained by the time I return home.
Other tools that can aid in decision making can be used to make informed decisions. One of them is called
