1. Emergencies Funds One of my main obligations for short term is to always have emergency funds I know the book says til least keep 3 to 6 months but I would like to established at least least a year. I do still have two residents and the restaurant and I never want to lose them so I always want to have the ability to pay my mortgage is. I would like to have the emergency funds with 10,000 bet at least 5 thousand . but unfortunately at this point I only have three due to the obligation I had to buy new tires and fix a car. 2. Pay off outstanding debt and bills when I get my tax return my goal is the payoff at least one credit card I do not have many credit cards with balancess. although I did use my credit cards for books for the last …show more content…
So this short term gold was already established. 4. One of my goals is to take my daughter to the Great Wolf Lodge in Washington for her birthday I've been saving about $50 to $75 each month each month. so I can establish her birthday party at The Wolf Lodge. I try to save for certain things because I do not want to establish any more. Besides what I already have established for school. Intermediate. Unfortunately I do not have many immediate goals because one of my main goals is not to establish any more real estate or established any more debt . That one immediate goal would be to establish enough money to obtain new carpet and wood in my house. Unfortunately I do not want to take out any loans to do this home improvement so I'm hoping by next year's income tax return I will be able to use that money to get carpet and wood in one for my home. 2. This is a low priority but if I have extra money and have the ability to save I would like to go on a nice vacation not overseas but maybe to Florida to Disney World. I have not saved anything for this yet but maybe when I start working I will have the extra money to
