Pediatric nurse practitioners performs a variety of different jobs , but every job has its own rewarding experience. My general area of interest is a Nurse practitioner. I choose this area in the nursing field, because once I researched it and found out everything that they do, i found myself very interested in pursuing this. I haven’t really had any experience as a nurse practitioner but I would like to gain some.

My project will entail going directly to the Elizabeth Family Clinic to interview a nurse practitioner with will also be my mentor. I will also be following her around and observing her while she works. My Mentors name will be Myica, but i will not be able to work with her until December 1st at the latest., and as for the cost it should be 20 to 25 dollars a day when i go met my mentor.

The interview with the nurse practitioner will relate to my written piece because all the information I gather during the interview will be documented. The speech will relate to my written piece because I will include all the duties and expectations of a Nurse practitioner. My topic will be Nurse Practitioner, i am hoping to be able to cover the day to day life working as a practitioner and the responsibilities they have.

My Mentor will be Myica, i plan on obtaining my mentor by going the Elizabeth Family Clinic whenever she is available and willing to have me there. I plan on interviewing Myica. I don’t know much about her because i haven’t been able to sit down and talk to her just yet.

I understand completely the consequences of plagiarism, i also know that it is a very serious act. I also understand that if i get caught performing this act that i will be failed, and will not be able to graduate with my class, also i will not receive my Carnegie credits.

Sincerely,
