I do agree with you, working on a medical floor the patients have always preferred a female nurse providing care to them, especially if they are of the same gender comparable to my present job where 1/3 of the total nursing staff are male. But notwithstanding, I still believe that everyone should be given equal opportunity regardless of their gender in any profession.
