“My Dream Job”
You can become whatever you want, Doctor, Teacher, Nurse, or even a Singer, as longer you are happy with it, the rest doesn’t matter. When I did my Personality test I was really exited because my dream job matches with what I have in mind. One of the two careers that match with what I have in mind was Orthodontist and Social Worker. I want to become an Orthodontist or Social Worker because you get to know a lot of people and also, you help them a lot. I know that it takes a lot time and is not easy at all, however, all that hard working will pay me back.
I did a research about becoming an Orthodontist, and what I found was really interesting. They don’t only put braces to help straighten people’s crooked teeth. They also, at the same time, straighten crooked jaws while using other devices such as retainers and spacers. They help correct patients with chewing problems, protruding teeth, facial asymmetry, and shifting jaws etc. All those things make me so exited because it sounds really fun, and plus, you get to meet new people each day.
I also like the idea of private dentists with their own businesses, so you could also be responsible for managerial tasks such as paying employees, ordering supplies and keeping your office stocked with orthodontic tools. One of the things that I love most about becoming an orthodontists is the mix between science, management, engineering, and artistry. Each day could be different, and I love the challenges.
One more thing that I like was the salary. According to data from salary.com, the medium Orthodontist salary in the United States is about $127,000 per annum, which is like $61 per hour. But is not that easy, you will have to have years of experience, education of course, and treanning will have an effect on how much you earn also. I know that I shouldn’t be thinking about money and that I should study what I love and makes me
