Adults who are obese about 40 or more pounds over a healthy wieght may be cutting 3 years of thier lives mostly from a heart disease and stroke. b. The Health risk you can have if you are Obese are heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, gallbladder disease & gallsotnes, Gout, and also breathing problems such as sleep and asthma also. c. Even if you lose 10 to 20 pounds it can bring significant health improvements such as lowering high blood pressure and cholesteral levels.
