Personal Statement
I currently work at Carewatch as an area supervisor of the care staff, my job requires me to ensure that the care is being carried out correctly and I also care for a variety of people with various health problems. I have an NVQ 2 in health and social care and I will provide high quality and compassionate care for all the individuals. I am an effective team player but I’m also confident enough to work alone. I’m hard working and eager to learn new skills.
