As a nursing student, I felt really lucky to get a golden opportunity to be a part of this Australia attachment that I was eagerly waiting for. This is a dream come true moment for me in my life. It will be the best experience in my career of nursing. An overseas exposure would allow me to have a greater sense of contextual understanding for different interpretations of health by foreigners living and seeking medical attention. Besides, cultural competence can be gained through interactions with different patients.
The reason why I am interested in joining the Australia attachment is to learn the skills and observe the procedures in nursing a patient. This will help to develop a number of qualities and skills.
