1. For the Princess Cruises ship issue, where the norovirus found?
After several days’ investigation, the norovirus was found in seafood, which provided on-board, was contaminated and carried norovirus.
2. What are the symptoms of norovirus?
Norovirus will cause viral gastroenteritis. The symptoms usually are nausea, vomiting, watery diarrhea and abdominal pain. If people infected by norovirus, these symptoms will show up in 12-48 hours.
3. Why did they sever contaminated food?
I don’t have the answer for you right now. The company is still investigating this issue. They will update the investigation result on their website. But what I’m sure is that every company has a strict process to select food for severing customers. For the future, …show more content…

No. CLIA has an emergency plan for every cruise company since we established. We care about our customers’ safety. Our mission is to provide a safe and wonderful cruise experience to our customers. The emergency plan I just mentioned is a totally new emergency plan. We add some new content to make the emergency plan perfect.
7. The capital of Costa Concordia didn't respond professionally after the issue happened. Do you think he lacks training? If so, why the company hires him? Do you think the company hires people without comprehensive consideration?
I’m sorry I don’t know why the Costa Concordia cruise line company hired him. I’m not behalf of the Costa Concordia Company. But from the CLIA aspect, we think the capital indeed didn’t respond professionally. From the investigation result, we know that he was not in the engine room when the accident happened. In addition, CLIA has the employment rule from every cruise line company when they hiring people.
