Negative Effects Of The Great Wall Of China
The Great Wall of China had its positive and negatives effects. The costs for the Wall outweighed the benefits. Many soldiers and people died, China lost silk fabric and silk floss over the years, and it took over 100 years to build the Great Wall.

To begin, many soldiers and people have lost their lives. They risked themselves to save the life of others. These people and soldiers fought for their country (China). This had a huge impact on China’s population. Due to these deaths China’s population went down about 400,000 people (400,000 people died).
