Negative Contact Observation
On the above listed date and time, I arrived on scene and spoke with R. MILLER and C. MILLER. I obtained all the above listed information to complete this report. While speaking to the victim, I did not observe any visible bruises or marks on his person. The complainant and victim advised they wish not to pursue charges at the time. They advised they would handle this manner within the school that the victim attends. Both parties were advised this incident would be documented. Officers patrolled the area to attempt to make contact with the
OFFENDER. Negative contact was made. OFC. PHELAN did speak with several persons of interest related to this manner, see his supplement. I conducted a driver license and warrants check on the names provided

    The documentary Touching the Void is about two skilled climbers Simon Yates and Joe Simpson, the two friends had reached the top of the Siula Grande Mountain which had never been done before. Everything was going fairly smoothly until Joe shatters his leg from falling down an ice cliff. Simon did not know that Joe had fractured his leg and but he did however attempt to lower him down. These efforts were unsuccessful and both Joe and Simon were sliding down the cliff, it was clear that if things continued like these neither SImon nor Joe would survive. Simon made the hard choice to cut the rope that Joe was supposed from in order to save himself this caused Joe to fall into oblivion and remarkably from the fall he made his way back to the campsite around four days late.
