Under My Bed When I was as little girl I could not wait for my older sister to move out so I could finally have my own room. In all my eight years of life I had never experienced what it felt like to sleep alone. Finally the big day came, my older sister was moving out. I was excited remodeling and decorating my room. The big moment I had been waiting for was finally here; the night was as dark as the color of my hair. It was time for bed, so I turned off the lights. As I was walking to my bed I felt eyes staring, and noises under my bed. I was frightened by the noise. Yet, I wasn’t going to tell anyone since I was finally sleeping alone for the first time. After that long night was over it was time for breakfast. My mother asked about my first night alone. Again I did not mention anything to her about the strange noise. It was now night two and I was very afraid. A loud shrill woke me up; I felt a cold breeze rushing through my hair. The hairs on my skin suddenly raised up like spikes. My whole body shivered and my legs were shaking like a rattle. Sleeping alone was not so pleasant after all. I missed my sister and whatever it was that was haunting me just wasn’t leaving me alone. The time that this strange paranormal activity took place was always at 2:00am. In my dark room of terror I was woken up by, a little girl under my bed. I was way too big to have an imaginary friend, and I knew it was not my imagination. One night I was in a deep sleep when suddenly I feel cold hands on my legs and boom! I feel the pull. I yelled for my mother; she came rushing in my room turning on the lights. My skin had no color I had turned completely pail. I wasn’t able to speak for a whole hour; I knew then something evil was under that bed. With a pail skin, chapped lips, red eyes, and bruised arms I finally decided to tell my mother what had happened. The night that I told my mother, I slept alone once again and this time it was hell. The little girl under my bed started to pull my sheets, trying to drag me down. At that moment I could not scream. Finally a big collapse woke my mother and we left the house immediately. I talked to a priest about what was going on and he agreed to go bless my house. Since I was going through such a terrible time my mom decided to take me to a therapist. This was so that I wouldn’t be affected by the situation, later in the future. My therapist helped me get over the fear of sleeping alone and being afraid of what was under my bed. I am now over the fear I once had for the person under my bed. I can finally sleep without the creepy feeling someone is watching. All I have now is beautiful nights of long sleep with my head against my pillow. The experience I had as a little girl has only made me brave. My story sounds like a movie and sometimes I wish it were a movie or just a terrible nightmare. Under my bed hid the deepest, darkest secrete of the under world.

I woke up and saw the watch, it was three o’clock a.m. I listened to a weird sound that came from my closet; it was soft, but I could hear it like a rat scratching the walls. Intrigued about what was happening, I woke up and walked towards the closet. The sound gave me the chills.…

I would wake up in the middle of the night, terrified of the dark. I’d think sometimes that my bed was on the ceiling and the whole house was upside down; and if I didn’t hang onto the mattress, I might fall outward into the stars. (She shivers a little, remembering) I wanted to run to my father, and have him tell me I was safe, that everything was all right. But, I was always more frightened of him than I was of falling.…

One night Lynse, Sophia, Macy, and I were hanging out. It was around 10 o'clock when we decided to go outside and jump on the trampoline. When we got out there we were having so much fun. We were doing flips and playing games, just doing our normal thing. After awhile all of a sudden, we all heard this noise. Right, next to Lynses house there is woods and cornfields so it made it more creepy. Then we all looked by her shed and we saw this huge shadow. We didn't know what it was but our first instinct was that it was a cat but it wasn't. Again it made this noise and we knew that it was a raccoon. We all went to grab our phones to call her dad but we forgot that we had put them under the trampoline for light since it was so light. We were all nervous to get…

We boxed the utensils, our clothes, our toys, EVERYTHING, in order to load our belongings into the moving truck. A week and a half prior to our actual moving day, our house was empty, with nothing but some blankets, pillows, and the bags we were taking on our drive. Sleeping on the ground, instead of our beds, was uncomfortable as the ground had very little cushion with it being carpeted, but still did not contour to our bodies, leaving us sore in the morning. Throughout the night we would wake up more often, not only because of discomfort, but because of the plethora of noises we could now hear without the sound dampening furniture. Conversations being held downstairs could now be heard upstairs as everything we said echoed throughout the house, and the small, creepy sounds at night were more real than ever as we could not ignore their increased volumes. We would wake up and each of our backs would be stiff and we would still be a little tired as we did not sleep as well as we could have in beds. Time flew by fast like a strong fall gust of wind, and moving day was soon to be upon…

It was still in its nondestroyed state. I was with my friends from night one plus my friend's mother that I mentioned earlier as well, and my own parents. I walked into the building and I saw that room with a locked door that has the light on at all times. I was told to never go inside of that room. They told me that it was not for me to go into. I was going on vacation to this house for some reason so I had to unpack my bag in a bedroom. The house was very old so I ignored any movement that I heard I put my things on the bed and I was very cold. My mom called out for me to go to the main room. I went out there and noticed that people were crucified, hanged, torn in half, and burned. The door with a mysterious light was open and the girl was standing in front of it. I was afraid not because of the bodies but because the door was open. The girl motioned for me to come to her and I was unable to resist walking to her. As I got closer she looked more disfigured and evil. Her eyes were the biggest part that I remember. They were black with light pupils. She had claws like in my earlier dreams and she had a scream that paralyzed me. She ran at me and right as she was about to hit me I saw every event that I have that I have done to help or hinder people in real life. This felt like it went on forever and then I woke up screaming and in a cold sweat. My mother was trying to wake me up for ten minutes because of my screams. I knew that something was wrong at this…

I strongly believe that if one is to be successful in society, setting goals and prioritizing them is very crucial. Having your goals set and prioritizing them does not only give you a clear focus on things you have to do, but it helps you to organize your plans so that you can set time limit and boundaries in achieving those goals. There are so many goals that I want to achieve my life. Since goals can only be achieved if they are realistic, timing and attainable, I have categorized my goals into long and short term goals.…

The last thing I remember is falling asleep during a late night rerun of the Twilight Zone. So when it happened, it was especially eerie, like I had stepped into a lost episode, but Rod Serling was nowhere in sight; for moment, neither was anybody else. At 4:31 AM a merciless shove pushed me off my bed. I crawled on the floor, trying to escape the cruel, uncontrollable shaking, but it followed me. It followed me down the stairs and underneath the dining room table where my family joined me. Little did I realize that before the morning sun rose again, I would see everything differently.…

As I lie in bed that night I found myself twisting and turning unable to fall asleep, when I heard the loud screech of the screen door opening. I quickly sat up in bed listening to see if somebody was in the house when I heard what sounded like light footsteps walking towards my room. I pretended to be asleep just waiting for the potential intruder to come creeping into my room. I watched the doorway, but nobody ever entered. That is when I felt a light press on the bed beside me as if someone had just lied in my bed. I quickly rolled over to see that nobody was there and fell asleep thinking that I was just going…

A few minutes later, when we opened our eyes, we found ourselves near a big garbage can with no one around us we were clueless.
