NJHS Strengths
An NJHS member has many traits that make him/her a valuable member, but I believe an NJHS member should exude certain characteristics that best promote the NJHS community. In my opinion having leadership is a skill that is beneficial to everyone. An effective leader can positively influence their peers and surroundings. A leader has self-confidence and will go forward when others hesitate, they strive to aid and support others for the betterment of their community. Leadership is very important and with effective leaders, NJHS will be able to accomplish many goals and objectives. I also believe an NJHS member should be a productive member of the community. These candidates become involved in activities, school events, and charitable fundraisers
