Debunking myths about millennials Even though Non-Traditional, they are conservative because they save money and Work hard. Millennials have been portrayed as young men and women that are destroying tradition. When they have been making their own personal tradition that suit them. Tradition is something people should enjoy and feel like it fits them and not something forced on them. I am going to prove these myths about millennials wrong like Henry Jenkins did with his video game myths. (Glassman) If our main purpose is to destroy things why would we have jobs or college. If our attention span was too small to measure, then how would we be able to find ways to conserve our money. To get into college for free and graduate. To aspire to our dreams of becoming whatever we want for our career goals. Millennials’ are not some different species or anything like it, they are a generation that thinks and looks at the world in their own fresh view and their own eyes. They are going to change the world just like our predecessors did.
