“You will never “find” time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.” ~Charles Bruxton.
Time management is a way to help the person to make the most of his time in achieving its objective and create a balance in his life between duties and desires and goals. The use of time are determined by the differences between successful and losers in the life. If we want to success we must putting goal to that we want to achieve, time management needs goals to inspire on it, no need to time management if we don’t have goals, because the life is going in all direction , making scattered in our life and don’t achieve anything , if we achieve something it will be with weak results of lack of certain goals.
To understand the importance of time management, it is important to look at all its aspects. By looking into its definition, theories, activities, and advantages, you can gain a clear idea of why time management is so important in your daily life. There are a few well-known time management theories. They can help us figure out a strategy for our time management. Understanding the theory helps guide us to develop an understanding of our own. This enables to create our own time balanced life. Maslow's hierarchy of needs:The hierarchy of needs theory is based on 5 levels of needs. Filling those needs one after the other improves your self esteem and happiness. You begin with the base needs like food and shelter and work your way up to self-actualization. Self actualization is fulfilling everything you are capable of. This theory does not state the amount of time should be spent on any one group of needs.
