Your posting was informative and I agree with your nursing diagnosis of risk for injury and rationale. I do believe that Mr. Stone is at risk for injury related to his physical immobility and condition, which places him at greater risk for other injuries such as falls. In addition, I’m certain that Mr. Stone will not only be at risk for falls but for other injuries as well related to loss of sensation from partial amputation of his left arm. Overall, I like that you included some nursing interventions that can be implemented to prevent Mr. Stones from falls. Good job!
