Helens. This Mountain got its name from a British diplomat known as Lord Saint
Helens and is located in the Skamania Country in Washington State formed in the northern region of the United States of America. Mount Saint Helens is known to be one of the top 10 most famous volcanoes in the world due to the deadly pyroclastic flows and ash explosions well known to it.

Mass number of Earthquakes along side landslides and avalanches followed this stratovolcano, a volcano that explosively erupts fast moving hardened lava. This volcano is a historical event where 100s to 1000s of people go to see it yearly.
The volcano blew off about 1,100 feet of the mountain and the first time it ever exploded was 10,000 B.C.
On March 16,1980 before it erupted, the volcano showed some signs of happening by small earthquakes, 11 days later there were even more earthquakes, hundreds, and after centuries, the Mount St. Helens volcano in
1980 erupted. Days after the eruption the main vent had increased in size with a diameter at about 400m (1300 feet). The volcano's eruption rate was 1 per hour at March 1980, but changed to 1 per day in April 1980.
In the cascade mountain range the National Volcanic Monument is where this dangerous disaster started. After killing 57 people and destroying countless numbers of properties the repair cost was 1.1 billion US dollars. This disaster caused other disasters like floods from the melted ice and forest fires from
