Meeting With Frank Wood's Stolen Wallet
On September 27, I made contact with Frank Woods so that he could provide a positive identification for his stolen wallet. I advised wood to meet me at the Auto Zone, 1602 Highway 138. Woods came to the location and I asked him to provide me a description of the wallet before. Wood stated it was a trifold brown leather wallet. I pulled the wallet from the evidence bag and Woods stated that it was his stolen wallet.
My body camera captured the interview; however, the video and audio was not recorded.
