DOI: 3/21/2016. Patient is a 48-year old male who sustained a work related injury when his shoelace got caught in the wheel of cart then twisted left knee. The patient was subsequently diagnosed with other tear of medial meniscus, current injury, left knee, initial encounter. MRI of the left lower extremity joint without contrast dated 4/14/16 revealed nondisplaced flap tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, intrameniscal cysts, and partial tear of the posterior root attachment; grade 3 chondral degeneration along the medial femoral condyle and medial tibial plateau with mild stress-related bone marrow edema; grade 2 to 3 patellar chondromalacia; grade 2 to 3 lateral compartment chondral degeneration; mild scarring of the medial
