Hello! I'm Matthew Gunter (Andrea Gunter’s son, she currently works at the gym) and I was wondering if there was a job available for me at the gym during the summer of 2016. Also, with the base being close down, that will decrease the job rate in Ridleyville. So the city will have to put something in that area to fill that gap. By building a business complex would lower unemployment rates and increased economic growth reduce the need for government-funded programs such as unemployment insurance and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).If the city can get the small portion of open space through tax incentives, they can build a park on the open space.…
