Earvin Johnson Jr. was born on August 14, 1959, in Lansing, Michigan, Magic Johnson dominated the court as one of America's best basketball players for 12 years. If there was one aspect of Johnson's game that awed people the most, it was his brilliant passing skills. He dazzled fans and dumbfounded opponents with no-look passes off the fast-break, pinpoint alley-oops from half-court, spinning feeds and overhand bullets under the basket through triple teams. When defenders expected him to pass, he shot. When they expected him to shoot, he passed. Johnson did all of this while maintaining a childlike enthusiasm born of a pure love of sport and competition. Beyond all the money, success and fame, Johnson was just happy to be playing basketball. He retired from the LA Lakers in 1991 after revealing that he had the AIDS virus. He has since then built up a business empire called Magic Johnson Enterprises, which includes real estate holdings, several Starbucks franchises, and movie theaters. Magic Johnson is also a proud part-owner of the Las Angles Dodgers. He signed his contract with the Dodgers before the 2012 season has started and he seems very excited to help this…

LeBron James versus Carmelo Anthony is a very tough matchup and it is hard to pick the best one. They both are great players, but my opinion is LeBron James and there are many reasons why. Carmelo is older than LeBron by exactly seven months and one day. LeBron grew up in Akron, Ohio, while Carmelo grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, but later in life he moved to Virginia. LeBron James has better career stats than Carmelo Anthony.…

Chicago Bulls star Dwyane Wade speaks about the fatal shooting of his cousin Nykea Aldridge. In August 2016, we discovered that his cousin had been shot. Nykea was a mother of 4 and was only 32 years old. Wade says that Nykea was a quiet person and was always focused on her children, so to hear that she had been shot it was shocking to him. Donald Trump also spoke on Nykea’s death stating “Dwyane Wade's cousin was just shot and killed walking her baby in Chicago. Just what I have been saying. African-Americans will VOTE TRUMP!” and Wade felt that his cousins death is basically used so that Trump would gain more votes. The ethical issues I think I would have to be aware of would be making sure I first off, don’t commit “UPL”, by giving Ms. Barnum any legal advice concerning her pending divorce. Also I have to make sure that I’m doing everything by the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and Ethics. I want to make sure that my work product is being supervised by the lead attorney Mr. Conner. And all my conversations and meetings with Ms. Barnum would be in the strictest for confidence, due to the Rule of Confidentiality. Also I have to make sure that I document how many hours I work on anything regarding Ms. Barnum’s case, so that I don’t cheat her of the time I actually spent on her divorce case.…

Fear and compassion are two very different feelings that equally drive individuals. Many assume that fear and compassion have absolutely no relationship due to the fact that they are polar opposite emotions that people usually do not associate with each other. Even though they are two very different emotions, fear can be used to express one’s inner compassion. Fear and compassion are two of the most prevalent emotions used in regular human interaction, but unlike compassion, fear is obviously dreaded in society due to the fact that humans in general do like to face and deal with adverse conditions. Leslie Bell, in Hard to Get: Twenty-Something Women and the Paradox of Sexual Freedom, talks about women in early their twenties facing fear about their identities. Robert Thurman’s “Wisdom” speaks about how his experience of becoming a monk taught him to release his inner “self”. And Charles Siebert speaks about the relationship between humans and elephants in the “Elephant Crackup”. Through all of these stories it is clear and apparent that deep and intense fear drives and motivates individuals to become much more compassionate and understanding.…

The first category is ice sports. Ice sports are dependent almost all the time on the coordination of the player’s foot, since they are skating on the slippery ice. Moreover, playing on ice is easy on the joints, because it is low impact. Also, it improves coordination and balance. A good example of and ice sport is hockey. Hockey is a team based sport which requires good physical and skating skills. The players use their fast skating abilities to score a goal on the other team.
