SAMPLING METHODOLOGY
Sampling Unit:
The respondents comprise of people who visit the FBB store, Manjeera mall, KPHB and the people outside the store in KPHB.
Sample size:
The sample size was restricted to only 45o, which comprised of mainly people who visit the FBB store, Manjeera mall, KPHB and the people outside the store in KPHB. Sampling Area:
The area of the research is FBB store, Manjeera mall, KPHB and the people outside the store in KPHB.

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
 Only a particular store and an area have been chosen to conduct the survey.
 The questions are designed to measure the topic of interest.
 The participants chosen were in random order who visit the store and others picked randomly base on the interest of the customers.
 Nobody is forced to fill the questionnaire rather it is filled completely on the customers interest.
