INTRODUCTION: COMPANY DETAILS:
London Woods is a furniture medium cap which has been operating for the past 5 years.
It was founded by Billi Kid, Bengazy and Lee Jones. At the time of writing, the company is having quality issues which, among other factors, have resulted in a market share decline of 1%. One of the major reasons is due to a passive approach with no emphasis on expansion by management. Recent measures are being taken to resolve this such as plans to reinvent the company’s values and working policies to support Total Quality Management (TQM) and by active
