Male Reproductive System: Article Analysis

As a female I knew things naturally about my body. I knew about how my breast development milk during times of me bring pregnant and what happens during my period cycle. I never knew about my body and the inner in depth parts of it, I know the outside shell of my body, and not everything that happens along in it. With this assignment I found a lot of the resources provided to be very helpful towards me learning about Female Reproductive System, The Woman Menstrual Cycle, and The Male Reproduction System. The resources I found to be the most helpful were Interactive Flashcards, Woman’s Health, and Kids health resources. Interactive flashcards were flashcard to help you learn about Female Sexual Anatomy and Physiology.
While reading this information I found myself lost at the beginning. I didn’t know any information about the male reproductive system because I never looked into it. I believe woman usually know about their body and men know about theirs. So by reading from this resource I found it to be the most informative and helpful to me than the rest of the resource that I’ve listed. The website gave a slide show with description and pictures that really kept me interested and wanting to learn more about the male reproduction system and how it functions. I learned where the bladder of a male is located, which guided me to learn about were the two seminal vesicles were and that they nourish the sperm. Also, that the urethra is the tube that carries the semen and the urine out of the penis. I knew that the semen and the urine was carried out of the same area, but I didn’t know the actual book definition. I also learned that there were many different parts to helping produce semen.
