3,2 Macbeth’s castle Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, two murderers Macbeth is afraid that his throne is endangered by Banquo and Fleance  must be killed. Macbeth does not tell his wife abozt all his plans.
3,3 Some distance from Macbeth’s castle Three murderers, Banquo, Fleance Banquo is murdered, but Fleance is able to escape
3,4 In the banqueting hall Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, Ross, Lennox Macebth ands his wife receive the guests for their state banquet. The first murderer enters and tells Macbeth what has happened. Macbeth can see Banquos ghost and starts acting in a very strange way. Macbeth talks about it with his wife.
3,5 A deserted place Threee witches, Hecate The threw itches meet Hecate (queen of witches), She tells them to meet with macbeth the text day and do put on a more dramatic ahow fo him.
3,6 Somewhere in Scotland Lennox, another Lord Lennox and an unamed Lord discuss the state of affairs; Malcolm is in England, Amcduff ahs gone to join him; and the English king is raising an army to fight against

There are three witches: armed head, man that was not born by a woman, Birnam Wood comes to Dunsinane. Eight kings, last one with a mirror, followed by Banquo’s ghost. 4,2 Macduff’s castle Lady Macduff, her Son, Ross, messenger, murderers Lady Macduff questions Ross about her husband’s flight, and the tries to explain the situation to her son. A messenger warns her to make quick getaway, but Macbeth’s murderers burst into the room before she can take his advice.
4,3 The english court Malcolm, Macduff, Doctor, Ross, Macduff and Malcolm test each other’s loyalities. There are plans to attack Macbeth- and Macduff hears the news of the murder of his wife and kids.
5,1 Lady Macbeth’s apartmnents Lady Macbeth, gentlewoman, doctor Lady Amcbeth is sleewalking, washing her hands, dreaming and talking about the murder of Duncan.
5,2 Countryside near Dunsinane Mentheith, caithness, Angus, Lennox, Soldiers A section of te English army marces towards Dunsinane, and their learders discuss the enemy, amcbeth, who is showing signs of panic.

As the three witches described Banquo: “Lesser than Macbeth and greater, not so happy yet much happier, thou shalt get kings, though thou be none.”, implying that Banquo is the root of many kings, Banquo and his son is a threat to Macbeth’s crown(1.3.68-70).     The witches’ prophecies lead to his ambitions of wanting his descendants to be Kings causing him to keep the truth from everyone and live in secrecy. This in a way leads to his death. From Banquo’s first encounter with the Weird Sisters, his life also changes and he loses sleep. “Thou shalt get kings, though thou be one.” 1, 3, 35. The witches’ prophesized that Banquo will be father of Kings, yet he cannot be King, but his ambitions overwhelm him leading to a point where the truth no longer could be spoken.
