Lysander And Hermia Compare And Contrast
As the question states, are the lovers, Lysander, Demetrius, Helena, and Hermia, individuals or are they more like the same people? I believe that are completely different characters. Lysander and Demetrius definitely have different tastes in women, while Helena doesn’t love Lysander while Hermia does.

As stated earlier, Lysander and Demetrius definitely have different tastes in women. Lysander loves Hermia so much that he wants to run away with her. While Demetrius, even after getting set up with Hermia to marry her, still doesn’t care that much. And Hermia loves Lysander so much she wants to run away with him instead of be forced to marry Demetrius while Helena is so in love with Demetrius she gives a speech about being used as Demetrius’

    I grew interested in the play’s conflict, since it seems modern day typical. I, for one, enjoy watching love stories and dramas. This play, served just that purpose. Reading of the avenged lover’s, Hermia and Lysander, plan to run into the forest to marry seemed likely to be seen on a Wednesday night, 9:00PM, drama series. Which, I absolutely love!
