Loop Planes: Film Analysis
I have lived in NYC for 10 years. The first five years I spent getting my MFA in film at Columbia University and making my award winning thesis film, Loop Planes, which was produced by Killer Films and was an official selection at over 50 film festivals world-wide. The second five years I spent filming a documentary about young transgender folks, which besides being an integral part of the development of young teenagers to young adults… During that time I have also worked on over 100 short films. I was also a documentary filmmaking instructor at The Gateway School, a middle school in Manhattan for kids with special needs. Together we created a 45-minute documentary about Climate Change, which is soon to be released as an educational tool by The Climate Reality Project. I became a self-taught science teacher using mostly youtube videos to educate myself as well as my students. It was awesome. …show more content…
My wife and I recently rescued a pit bull, Stella, from Animal Care and Control, and due to her intense phobias, including: things that move, things that don’t move, shadows, and the sound of flags flapping in the wind, I have begun learning everything I can about Animal Psychology and Behavior.

In my spare time I make stop-motion origami videos, entertain toddlers via video chat (or more acurrately am forced to sing to toddlers via video chat, to stop them from crying), come up with my own, personal (completely unresearched) theories about the universe, and work-out in preparation for the immenent zombie

This quote holds true in relation to the public’s perception of “pit bull” type dogs. Pit bulls are often judged by their muscular bodies, large head, and strong jaws. Pit bulls are consistently portrayed in the media as aggressive as well. Because of this, pit bulls face a variety of different obstacles to overcome.     There is the fight or flight that every living being uses, animal and human. Humans often have other bodily reactions to fear, such as fast heart rate, sweaty palms and many others.
