The initial mission if ProHawk™ was developed out of Japan by Dr. Kobayashi in 2008 to detect flaws in the nuclear reactors off the Japanese coast at a rate of every eight minutes. Due to the very dense fog off the coast, the government was having a very difficult time with the existing imagery system comprised of high-end Sony cameras. Thus ProHawk™ was developed as a pilot program to essentially cut through any inclement weather obstacles (manmade or natural) put in place. With ProHawk™ patented set of various algorithms the government was able to see through the fog and other weather impedances to inspect the reactors. The algorithms make the product a truly smart device that corrects the image/video in 1:30 millionths of a second latency. What makes the product so attractive to this market is the fact that it can be integrated with almost any existing camera system (both HD and SD), with little to no maintenance. "Pro Hawk™ is an adaptive, real-time, video enhancement and analysis technology that provides clarity for enhanced decision making.”

There are two strategies airlines should adopt to improve their chances of being consistently profitable. The first is entering fuel supplier’s industry. In 2011, fuel cost accounted for 32% of the airline industry’s revenue. As fuel prices fluctuate up and down so do airlines’ profit margins. By entering/investing in their supplier’s industry they can exploit low fuel prices and increase their profitability. Delta Airlines used this strategy, investing $150 million in oil refineries and taking over their fuel production (Blockhin, 2015). The second strategy involves creating brand loyalty. As of now consumer’s decision are driving by price rather than brand loyalty. Airlines need to alter their image by enhancing customer experience, creating…
