The case study is about a 25 year old Caucasian female who present to the clinic on 1-15-13. Her LMP was 12-1-12 and she thinks that she is pregnant. She states that she has been having nausea and breast tenderness. Breast tenderness, fullness, missed menses, drowsiness, fatigue, nausea, frequent urination and increased vaginal secretions are indicator of pregnancy. To confirm the pregnancy, it is important to perform blood test. If the test is positive, the next step is calculating patient's due date. Gestation last for approximately 280 days or 40 weeks after the last menstruation period. In this context, the estimated delivery date for this patient is 9 - 7- 13. Appropriate clinical guidelines
