Link Crew Leader

I would like to take the opportunity to be a link crew leader because of how the Link Crew affected me as a freshman. Not only did they answer any questions we had, but also as a sophomore I still find myself referring back to my link leaders. The feeling of knowing someone around you when you are in a sea of strangers is not only a helpful resource but also reassuring. My freshman year I learned that the link leaders obtain some very special qualities. Link leaders are fun, outgoing, determined, and consistent people and I believe I also have these characteristics. I can use these qualities to hold myself responsible for caring and tending to the needs of those younger than myself.
