Dr Ahad, M.D. – Lincoln Hospital, in the Bronx, NY recommended IBUPROFEN 400MG TABLETS while Doctor Igor Stiler, M.D. has requested weeks of treatment at the HealthQuest - Healthcare Center “Medical Clinic” 3500 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11229. I was exhorted by Dr Dov. J. Berkowitz, M.D. (orthopedic medicine) to meet the terms with the treatment, as doing as such would likely not fuel my injuries and drag out my recuperation in long haul health.

    HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLINESS: Mr. Barua is a 42 year old gentleman from Bangladesh who presents with chest tightness, shortness of breath, and tachycardia.
