Mental health is one is my favorite subjects to talk about. Today I will be talking about LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). The reason I selected this occupation is because I currently work at a mental health clinic therefore I am very familiar with the job process. The education requirements for regular social worker and clinical social workers are different. For example, a regular social worker needs a bachelor’s degree; however a clinical social worker must have a master’s degree and about two years of post-masters experience in a supervised clinical setting which is about 3,000 hours. Through this experience a person will learn different aspects on how to comfort and communicate with clients. Most importantly a person must be licensed
